He has started a state of the art comprehensive Diabetes & Neurology OPD service named Rudraksh Superspeciality Care in Siliguri. He is presently the Director & Head of the Neurology division of Rudraksh Superspeciality Care . In 2013 ,Dr Joydeep Dey started the department of Neurosciences in Neotia Getwel Hospital , Siliguri & is still attached to it as Senior Consultant Neurologist. He is the pioneer in the treatment of Acute Stroke Treatment in North Bengal & adjunctive areas .He has conducted the 1st thrombolysis in Acute stroke management in this region. Before coming to Siliguri Dr Joydeep Dey was working as a Consultant in Neurology in Medanta-The Medicity Hospital,Gurgaon for several years.
